The number of miles of freeway in the United States is 48,876 statute miles. It took 35 years to build. So a fence that is 5% in length and not near as capital and materially intensive should take less than 21 months, given the same effort. He's Naut Right. The defense budget is $663.8 Billion. He is still Naut Right. The primary duty of the office of President is National Defense. A secure border would seem the first order of that priority.
